Facial Balancing
As we age, the face undergoes significant structural changes that contribute to sagging, hollowing, and imbalance. These changes occur at multiple levels: deep fat pads begin to shrink and descend, superficial fat pads lose support and shift, muscles atrophy, collagen and elastin production slows, and bone resorption alters the shape and support of the midface, jawline, and temples. The result is not just wrinkles—but a fundamental change in facial harmony.
At Fresh Faces Rx, we believe the most natural, lasting results come from addressing the root causes of facial aging—not just its surface symptoms. That’s why our approach is multidimensional. We combine Sculptra for collagen stimulation and volume restoration, PRF for regenerative support and tissue quality, microdosed dermal fillers for subtle contouring, EMFace to lift and re-educate facial muscles, and RF microneedling to firm and remodel the skin. These modalities can be customized and layered to fit your anatomy, goals, and preferences—providing multiple treatment paths that work in concert to restore facial balance, vitality, and confidence.
Wrinkle Reduction
Wrinkle reduction treatment involves injecting small amounts of Botox or Dysport into facial muscles to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps prevent wrinkles from forming. The treatment works by blocking nerve signals, causing muscles to relax and preventing the repetitive contractions that create dynamic wrinkles.
Volume Loss
Age-related volume loss affects every layer of the face—from bone and deep fat pads to superficial fat, muscle, and skin. As collagen, elastin, fat, and structural support diminish with age, the face can appear deflated, sagging, or imbalanced. At Fresh Faces Rx, we offer a multimodal approach to restore lost volume and rejuvenate facial contours:
-
Hyaluronic acid fillers provide immediate, customizable volume in areas like the cheeks, temples, under-eyes, and jawline.
-
Sculptra, a biostimulatory injectable, gradually rebuilds collagen to improve skin thickness and facial structure over time.
-
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) harnesses your body’s own regenerative power to restore tissue quality and subtle volume in delicate areas.
-
EMFace tones and lifts facial muscles, improving support and reducing skin laxity from the inside out.
These treatments can be used individually or in combination to restore youthful proportions, improve definition, and support long-term facial harmony. Every plan is tailored to address why volume loss is happening—not just where—for results that look natural, balanced, and beautifully you.
Lip Injection
Lip filler treatment can add volume and refine the shape of your lips with a subtle, soft and natural looking result. Treatment can also correct an imbalance between the upper and lower lip, or produce a slight elongation to accentuate lipstick. You can start with a slight plump and add more volume later if desired.Â
Under Eye Correction
The under-eye area—also known as the tear trough—is often one of the first regions to show visible signs of aging. This delicate zone is impacted by multiple layers of change: volume loss in the midface, muscle atrophy, skin thinning, and fat pad descent, all of which contribute to eye bags, hollowness, dark circles, wrinkling, and drooping of the upper lid.
At Fresh Faces Rx, we take a layered, regenerative approach to under-eye correction.
-
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) stimulates collagen, improves skin texture, and strengthens the dermal matrix using your body’s own growth factors—ideal for crepey or thinning skin.
-
EMFace reactivates and strengthens the orbicularis oculi to improve under-eye tone without needles or downtime. When the muscle under the eye weakens with age, it allows the fat pad to bulge forward, creating an undereye bag. EMFACE undereye strengthens  the muscle and increases skin thickness to smooth out undereye appearance.
-
Exion Face, an advanced ultrasound and radiofrequency device, deeply stimulates collagen and hyaluronic acid production while tightening the skin non-invasively.
-
Attiva, a subdermal radiofrequency treatment, targets skin laxity and improves dermal support above and below the eye.
Jawline Contour
A well-defined jawline can be the defining feature of a beautiful profile. If you have a weak jawline, small chin, double chin or other concerns, you can trust us to deliver natural looking results! Using a fat dissolving filler called Kybella, we can reshape the chin and jawline to give your lower face a sharp, well defined look. This minimally invasive injection treatment shapes and contours the chin and jawline and can help reduce the appearance of a 'double chin' or protruding jowls.
Chin Makeover
Where jawline contouring treatment focuses on reducing volume from the jowls and lower face, the chin makeover treatment improves the forward profile of that area by adding volume and/or reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. The treatment protocol depends on your need and unique anatomy, but the result is a well-defined, smooth and pronounced looking chin. Â
Nasolabial Folds
Nasolabial folds—commonly known as smile lines or laugh lines—are often one of the most visible signs of facial aging. While treating the fold directly with dermal fillers can soften its appearance, it's important to recognize that these lines are frequently a symptom of volume loss in the midface rather than the primary issue.
As deep fat pads and structural support diminish with age, the cheeks begin to deflate and descend, causing the skin to fold inward along the nasolabial area. To address the root cause, we often restore volume to the midface using dermal fillers, biostimulators like Sculptra, or EMFace, which strengthens the underlying facial muscles for improved lift and contour.
By treating the cause—not just the crease—we can rejuvenate the entire mid- and lower face, delivering results that are natural, balanced, and long-lasting.
Neck Laxity and Lines
Neck skin laxity and horizontal "necklace lines" are common signs of aging that stem from multiple underlying causes—not just repetitive movement. As we age, the skin loses collagen and elastin, the jawline and lower face experience volume depletion, and the platysma muscle weakens or atrophies. These changes contribute to visible sagging, creasing, and thinning of the neck skin. While neurotoxins can soften dynamic platysmal bands, comprehensive rejuvenation often requires a combination approach.Â
EMFace uses HIFES technology to stimulate and strengthen the platysma and other facial muscles, improving tone and lifting the lower face and neck. Skin boosters like Skinvive hydrate the dermis and improve skin density, helping to reduce the depth and visibility of horizontal lines. Radiofrequency microneedlingstimulates collagen remodeling, while regenerative technologies like Age Jet and Attiva target deeper tissue repair—tightening the skin and restoring youthful elasticity. Together, these treatments address both the superficial and structural components of neck aging for smoother, firmer, and more radiant results.
Hand Rejuvenation
The back of the hands is among the first places to show signs of aging in most people. We use an advanced filler for treating hands that appear old and wrinkled. The treatment restores volume loss to the back of the hands and reduces the appearance of wrinkles, resulting in a full and youthful appearance.Â
