Dr. JoDee is a highly skilled and compassionate physician with over 26 years of clinical experience, including a decade specializing in medical aesthetics. As a licensed physician in Oregon, she is deeply committed to patient safety, ethical care, and natural-looking results. She believes in a thoughtful, science-based approach to facial balancing, helping each patient enhance their features while maintaining their authentic beauty.
With a background in intensive care training at Stanford, a Master’s degree in Medical Education, and a Fellowship in Anti-Aging Medicine, Dr. JoDee combines technical expertise with artistry to provide evidence-based, personalized treatments. She is also certified in Integrative Nutrition, NLP, and Life Coaching, allowing her to bring a holistic perspective to aesthetics.
As the Owner and CEO of Fresh Faces Rx, one of Oregon’s most respected and fastest-growing aesthetic clinics, Dr. JoDee has cultivated a practice built on integrity, patient empowerment, and exceptional care. Dr. Shana Kusin
For Dr. Shana Kusin, joining the team at Fresh Faces Rx feels like the culmination of a two-decade journey. While she considered a career in plastic surgery when she started medical school in 2003, her focus shifted during her training, ultimately leading her to emergency medicine. Now, 20 years later, she is thrilled to reconnect with her passion for aesthetics, wellness, and beauty as part of the Fresh Faces Rx team.
Dr. Kusin attended medical school at Washington University in Saint Louis and completed her residency training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She moved to Oregon in 2011 for a Medical Toxicology fellowship at OHSU/The Oregon Poison Center and quickly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. With board certifications in Emergency Medicine and Medical Toxicology, Dr. Kusin brings over 15 years of clinical experience—including extensive training in ultrasound applications—to her aesthetics practice. She trained directly under Dr. JoDee and has been in practice since 2023.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, Dr. Kusin finds true joy and meaning in her work—empowering individuals to feel "powerful and prepared," as her seven-year-old daughter would say.
Dr. Jason Sherbondy
Dr. Jason Sherbondy has been delivering aesthetic solutions to patients in the Portland area for over a decade. He provides natural and refreshing results, ensuring his patients feel their best. As a highly qualified aesthetic injector, he has safely performed over 100,000 treatments.
Dr. Sherbondy graduated from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, AZ (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine) and has been in practice since 2008, focusing on aesthetics and wellness.
Outside work, Dr. Sherbondy enjoys playing the piano and cherishing time with his two beloved chihuahuas, Sandy and Millie.

As our Portland practice manager, she is deeply committed to a culture of exceptional patient care and ensuring every patient feels valued and supported throughout their experience here at Fresh Faces Rx. Her passion for the industry drives her to continually seek innovative ways to enhance patient satisfaction. Meghan’s dedication to patient care reflects her spirit and desire to positively impact others.
In her free time, Meghan hikes, plays volleyball, and runs. She has a knack for vintage shopping, where she discovers unique treasures that reflect her creative spirit. Spending quality time with family, cooking delicious meals, and nurturing her garden are also important to her.
Rachel Wold
Practice Manager - Lake Oswego
Rachel Wold brings over a decade of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. With a strong background in cosmetology and management, her transition into this field was seamless, and her passion has only grown over the years. Rachel is proud to be part of the exceptional team at Fresh Faces RX, where the commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience, fostering inclusivity, and achieving beautiful results with top-quality products and procedures is paramount.

Jake is a proud PNW native who has called Portland home for the past 12 years. After studying cosmetology at the Aveda Institute and working as a hairstylist for nearly a decade, he expanded his expertise by becoming licensed in advanced aesthetics.
Jake is committed to understanding each patient's unique aesthetic goals and developing personalized care plans to help them achieve those results. He is passionate about ensuring that your skin not only looks fantastic but also feels healthy. Jake brings his skills and enthusiasm to the Fresh Faces RX team.

Brittani has been a Registered Nurse for six years, bringing a diverse background that spans Mental Health, Critical Care, Gender Affirming Surgery, and Aesthetic Medicine. Throughout her nursing career, she has witnessed the transformative power of care. Working with gender-diverse individuals seeking affirming procedures helped Brittani discover her true purpose: facilitating life-changing transformations. Driven by this passion, she pursued education in non-surgical options, leading her to specialize in Aesthetic Medicine. Since then, she has dedicated herself to honing her skills as a Nurse Injector, with a genuine love for people and a commitment to helping everyone feel empowered to express themselves authentically. Regan, originally from Northwest Florida, relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2013. She earned her degree in Digital Communications with a marketing concentration from Oregon State University. A skincare enthusiast, Regan is eager to work and learn alongside the talented team at Fresh Faces Rx. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, binge-watching TV shows, and spending time with her dog, Chili.
